Ok, what is it and which do I need?

Ecogrid is a recycled plastic paving grid, ideal as a car parking, horse walking, medium. A pathway or driveway surface and a hundred other uses, all sustainable.

Ecogrid is the original product, copied many times but never beaten for quality. It is the only paver grid that has a patented locking system to ensure a stable surface for many years to come.

It arrives on a pallet in rows of 12 tiles ( 4 tiles x 3 tiles) or 1.2 square metres. You simply take off one row and put it on your prepared ground, then offer up the next to the locking 'lugs' and stand on the ends to click in to place. After the ground has been prepared only minor DIY skills are required to fit this product. If your ground is soft, we recommend a hardcore base then a membrane which we supply at trade rates, if the ground is hard just the membrane. However we would recommend a professional survsey if you are unsure of ground conditions. Each grid is suitable for different uses :

E30

As the name would suggest, this tile is 30mm deep, ideal for walkways, car parking and light lorries, horse walking, it has a load bearing capability of 250 tonnes so it is a gret tile where depth is not as important, grass parking or fine gravel topping.

E40

40mm thick but 120 tonnes load bearing capability due to wall thickness. This tile is the only on the market of this thickness and depth combined, great for all equestrian use, car and lorry traffic, in fact a good all rounder. Other manufacturers state massive load capabilities, we are honest and will be happy to give you exactly that which meets YOUR needs,

S50

50mm depth but only 120 tonne load, here you get the depth but only for light traffic, car, pedestrian, horse etc. We recommend this tile for additional car parking of caravan and motorhome parking.

E50

This is the Daddy! 350 tonnes load and 50mm depth, the best on the market. Nato buy this one to drive tanks on. This tile is virtually indestructable so, if you can afford it. This is our no1
